Are you planning a private party but looking for something new and different? Whether you are planning a birthday party, bachelorette celebration, baby shower, or a corporate team-building event, Access Arts offers you an outlet to get those creative juices flowing. Let us help you create an amazing private event!
Projects
Access Arts offer a variety of projects in ceramics, printmaking, and painting. Our projects are perfect for all ages and ability levels and can be customized to your specific group’s needs.
For printmaking parties, we have a resident artist who will work with you to create a custom design for your event, that everyone will be able to print on whatever blank items they wish to bring! We provide paper for personal posters, but guests are welcome to bring shirts, tote bags, etc.
We also offer the unique experience of raku firing. Each member of your party is provided with a small bisque-fired pot to glaze, and you then get to watch the raku process go down! By the end, you leave with a finished, glaze-fired piece.
We also now offer the experience-driven option of wheel-throwing. You can find more information on this option below.
*Custom projects can be designed specifically to meet the needs of your group or event. An additional set-up fee will be accessed for custom projects.
Pricing
Total Event Cost includes the group rate established by party size, cost of project materials, and space rental. A reservation fee of $100 is required at booking and goes towards the total cost of your event. Parties are 2 hours, but additional time can be added for $25 an hour.

Wheel-Throwing Private Event
We are excited to offer this new private event option... wheel throwing! Unfortunately, our clay studios only have 12 wheels, so this option exclusively applies to the 7-12 group size and stays at the $400 price point.
No Artistic Ability is Needed!
Book your party at least two weeks ahead!
Weekends fill quickly – book early.
Your reservation fee will reserve the space and time for your event.
We are often asked about tipping the instructor. Please know that ALL the tips stay with the instructor. While not mandatory, tips are gratefully appreciated and typically average between 10-20% of your party total.
How do I plan an event at Access Arts?
